Born and raised in Dripping Springs, Megan Hall offers clients something that can't be learned from market reports alone—a lifelong connection to the Texas Hill Country and an intimate understanding of the communities that make this region so special. From Dripping Springs and Driftwood to Blanco, Wimberley, Johnson City, and the greater Austin area, Megan's local knowledge helps her guide buyers and sellers with confidence and insight.

A graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and an emphasis in Equine Sciences, Megan spent much of her career working on premier equine farms and facilities. That background gave her firsthand experience with ranch properties, luxury estates, acreage, and the unique lifestyles they support. She understands that these properties are more than just land—they're places where families build legacies, pursue passions, and create lasting memories.

Known for her attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and genuine care for her clients, Megan approaches every transaction with professionalism, honesty, and a servant's heart. She takes the time to understand each client's goals and works diligently to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
